To the west, on rocky precipices and tortuous terrain of thousand-year-old lava soil, our pistachios grow. Behind them, Etna acts as guardian to the trees, while the branches rest on the ground, intertwine, and every two years, the odd ones, the fruits are harvested manually. Care, passion, patience and delicacy are necessary.

We visited the pistachio grove on one of the hottest days in August, nevertheless it was an experience that we will always carry in our hearts. The owner of the company welcomed us very warmly, showing us the laboratory where they produce their products and letting us taste some sweets early in the morning. She was so friendly that she accompanied us in her car to the pistachio grove where she explained the entire growth cycle of pistachios, her experience of personal growth and told anecdotes about her childhood. We tasted pistachio directly from the tree and had the opportunity to pick and taste pears and grapes. The lady is a force of nature and her stubbornness is greatly reflected in her company. The post-visit tasting was fantastic, with samples of pistachio cream, pistachio pesto and dried tomato cream, all topped with homemade bread and a delicious panettone.
An experience that we will certainly recommend to friends and relatives.

Experience found somewhat randomly on the Internet. We decided to trust, and we did more than well! A truly extraordinary adventure! The owner is a wonderful, spontaneous and dynamic person, the passion and dedication she puts into her work is palpable, she immediately put us at ease, so much so that, after a while, it felt like we were in the company of an old friend. The products he let us taste were exquisite, from pure pistachios to pistachio pesto, from their own panettone with pistachio cream to chocolate, unforgettable flavours, like his hospitality. The visit to the pistachio grove and its grounds was truly instructive, we discovered a world of the pistachio plant and its delicate fruit. Finally, the epilogue of an already perfect day, we had lunch at his restaurant, located in Bronte. We will purchase and have your products shipped to you waiting for you to return!

We had this experience on a very hot day in August but this did not affect the beautiful tour in the pistachio grove with explanations and tasting of the pistachio directly from the tree. Back at the company we had an excellent tasting, all accompanied by the lady’s passionate explanations. Great experience, recommended!
